Amy F. Scholl is a shareholder of the firm. Ms. Scholl received her undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1994. She received her law degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in 1997 where she was an Executive Editor of the John Marshall Law Review. Amy has been admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and all Wisconsin state courts. She belongs to the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Dane County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court, James E. Doyle Chapter. She has served as a judge for the Evan A. Evans Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Wisconsin since 1999.
Amy's practice concentrates in defense litigation with a focus on personal injury, property damage, subrogation, products liability and insurance coverage issues.
